Observe buzzers and hoppers as you learn about the many insects and amphibians at Mt Auburn Cemetery. Meet scientists and observe live animals and enjoy animal games, activities, and crafts as you explore this important urban green space that provides homes and shelter for a wide variety of animals.

Explore quiet ponds, shady forests, open meadows and mysterious greenhouses as you learn about the many different habitats that can be found at Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Meet live animals and learn about their unique adaptations. Create a play, dance or display about your favorite habitat.
WonderLab is teaming up with the Cambridge Environmental Literacy Project to offer ecological STEAM-based field trips to an early start pre-school and several kindergarten classrooms at local greenspaces and Mt. Auburn Cemetery. Lesley students will provide hands-on investigations such as macroinvertebrate sampling and pollinator monitoring that will engage students in authentic research-based experiences that supports Mt.
