Thurs 5/21 12:30 pm: Pollinator Presentation and Citizen Science Activities

YAY FOR POLLINATORS!

Join us Thursday, May 21 at 12:30 pm for a family-friendly presentation about local pollinators.  Learn about butterflies, bees, and more, how you can help conserve our local pollinators and get involved in citizen science!

Our native bees, butterflies, and other insects are in big trouble right now, but there is so much that we in urban areas can do to protect them! Join Lesley University insect ecologist Amy Mertl for an overview of our local native pollinators the many ways we can support and protect them. Also, learn about ongoing citizen science projects that document pollinator activity and how you (and your family or students) can get involved. You can also check out our citizen science interest form for more information.
